1. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Five Rings Financial platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. Service

Quantrex LLC provides the Five Rings Financial platform on a software-as-a-service basis. Your seat cap, daily AI allowance and other quantitative limits are the ones set in your organization's written agreement, and the platform enforces exactly those.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or tenant isolation.
Do not upload content infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
Do not reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Licensing and fees

Access is granted under a written agreement with your organization, which sets the term, the number of seats and the fees. Renewal, changes and termination follow that agreement rather than a self-service subscription. Questions about your agreement reach the operator through the contact page.

5. Data, privacy, regulatory retention

See the privacy policy. Some records are retained for 7 years per FINRA and state insurance commission rules and cannot be deleted on request: audit logs, executed compliance documents, and quiz certificates.

6. AI features

The AI features are probabilistic: lead scoring, drafted messages, answers retrieved from your own documents, and anomaly detection. Output is a suggestion; the operator's users remain responsible for decisions made on the back of it. We do not train cross-tenant models on your data.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms after a 14-day cure window. You may terminate on the notice your written agreement provides for.

9. Governing law

The state of Florida, United States. Disputes go to a court in Lee County, FL.
